Not exactly what I expected

The staff was efficient. The room was big and silent, with an enjoyable balcony, perfect for a restful stay!

Although I appreciated the serenity, the area lacked excitement and vibrancy that I had hoped for during my Barcelona experience.

The location was good and stunning, not far from the center of Esplugues de Llobregat, a residential area, and parks. The staff were constantly very helpful.

Pleasant property with cosy rooms and beautiful location. Good service from the pleasant, outstandingly accommodating staff members. A safe, central heating and multi-channel TV in the room and the good bed.

The front desk staff handled my issue quickly.

The receptionists were helpful, providing personal support during a crisis. the hotel is a bit far from the city center.

The hotel was super comfy, the bed was nice and clean, and the staff was really friendly! They let us practice our spanish and always had smiles on their faces. They cleaned our room daily which was awesome.

The bathroom could be better, it looked kinda old. Some noise from neighboring rooms was a bit annoying.

Modern design features and comfortable furnishings create a decent atmosphere. The rooftop terrace offers a nice view of the skyline, perfect for a sunset drink after a busy day.

Not being assigned the room booked online is a real letdown, especially on a long trip. That combined with the early morning disturbances from cleaning staff makes for a rough wake-up call. On top of that, dirty bedsheets and a dusty room lead to some discomfort, and the overall lack of housekeeping added to the dissatisfaction.

The staff exhibited amazing friendliness and were always eager to assist. The food offered was a good representation of traditional cuisine, and reasonably priced. While the cleanliness was commendable, the accessibility to public transport could be improved, and parking availability was somewhat limited.

Stayed for a night and enjoyed the spacious room with air conditioning, felt super comfy! Staff were always smiling and helpful. The only thing missing was a hair dryer in the room, would've been handy. The nearby tram makes getting to the city easy enough.

Enjoyed my five-night stay where the comfy twin room was cleaned regularly and I loved the little pizzeria just down the street. Relaxation options like a cozy lounge and the serene garden vibe added to my chill experience. Just a heads up, you might hear a bit from neighboring rooms, but it didn’t ruin my time at all. 😊

Really liked the rooms here, especially the awesome shower 🚿.
